Palworld Tier List
Ranked from the game files rather than opinion. Each tab scores every Pal on one thing, then splits the list into S to D by percentile. Hover a Pal for its name, click for the full sheet.
Combat stats plus work suitability, so an S here is strong in a fight and useful at base.
Ranged attack weighted highest, then HP and defense, from the base scaling values.
Sum of all work suitability levels. Pals with several high-level jobs rise to the top.
Mounted sprint speed from the game files, for Pals that are usually ridable (size M and up with a partner skill).
How the tiers are decided
Every Pal gets a score from its base game data. Combat score weights ranged attack at 1.4, HP at 0.9 and defense at 0.8. Work score adds up every work suitability level. Overall combines both. The top 6% of scores are S, the next 14% A, then 25% B, 30% C and the rest D. Because it is purely numeric it will not always agree with community opinion on things like partner skills, but it is consistent and it updates itself when the game data changes.
